Non-refundable trigger. Once the Minimum 48-Hour Notice has been served, the $350 fee is non-refundable, including if the court stays/stops the eviction. Changes require a new eviction date, new notice, and new fees. Safety and access. I will provide safe access, including clear routes, adequate lighting, secured pets, and snow/ice removal (shoveled and treated). If unsafe in the judgment of the constable or mover, the eviction may be stopped/canceled and remains billable. Adult occupant not on paperwork. If an adult occupant is found living at the premises and is not listed on the court paperwork, the eviction may be paused/stopped and remains billable. No talk-out. I understand SCCO does not conduct talk-out, scare-out, or voluntary evictions. Non-interference. I will not give the tenant conflicting instructions, promises, extensions, or side deals that interfere with notice, mover coordination, or execution of the court order. Delays/cancellations remain billable. Documentation and BWC. I understand SCCO may use photographs and body-worn camera (BWC) audio/video for documentation, safety, and recordkeeping.
