Two simple ways to start a new constable service

Whether you prefer an online intake portal or emailing documents, everything ends up in the same place: our ServeManager system, where your jobs, notes, and invoices are tracked in one place.

Option 1 (recommended)

Use our ServeManager online intake form

The quickest and cleanest way to start a new service is through our ServeManager intake form. This sends your information directly into our job management system so we can review details, confirm fees, and begin attempts without retyping everything from scratch.

Use this option for most eviction work, landlord and tenant matters, and general civil process. You can attach your documents in one place and tell us about deadlines, court dates, and any safety concerns at the property.

After you submit the form, we will review the job, follow up with any questions, and confirm pricing and timing before we start work.

Option 2

Email or fax your paperwork

If you do not want to use the online intake, you can email your papers to us and we will enter the job into ServeManager on your behalf. This works well if you already have everything saved as proper documents or PDFs.

When you email or fax your paperwork, please include:

  • Your name, firm, and best phone number
  • The type of service you need (Notice to Quit, Summary Process, subpoena, and so on)
  • The court (if known) and any key deadlines or hearing dates
  • The service address and any known issues at the property (gates, dogs, safety concerns, and so on)

Please send actual legal documents or clear PDF copies, not cell phone snapshots of papers on a table or car seat. Photos are images. We serve legal documents. If you need help getting documents into a usable format, ask and we will tell you what works best for service and for court.
